Before a foundation goes in, the ground has to be right. We prepare residential and commercial sites across the Alberni Valley — clearing, grading and building pads that are ready for the crews coming in behind us.

What’s involved

Site assessment and grading plans, clearing and rough grading, building pad construction to spec, access road and driveway rough-in, and coordinating rough drainage so water moves away from the build site from day one.
